Email Settings & Configuration

The Email Settings module controls the outbound SMTP configuration used by the CRM to send system notifications, password resets, and automated alerts.

📧 System Mail Configuration

• SMTP Credentials: Configure the Host, Port, Username, and Password for your outbound mail server.
• Sender Identity: Set the default "From Name" and "From Email" address so that emails sent by the CRM look professional to clients and staff.
• Security Protocols: Ensure secure delivery by specifying TLS or SSL encryption for outbound connections.
• Test Connection: A built-in utility to send a test email, ensuring that the CRM can successfully communicate with the mail server before relying on it for critical alerts.
