The User Control Center is the central administration hub for managing staff access, team hierarchies, and sales targets.

👥 User Management Features

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Assign precise roles to employees such as Super Admin, Manager, or Sales Rep. This restricts their access to see only their assigned deals, or their team's deals.
  • Account Creation & Suspension: Quickly onboard new employees with login credentials, or immediately suspend access for departing staff to protect company data.
  • Target Assignment: Set and manage the expected Monthly Target for each individual Sales Representative, which drives their personal dashboard metrics.
  • Team Hierarchy: Assign Sales Reps to specific Managers, allowing managers to see aggregated performance data for their entire team.
